PurpleCallio uses usage-based participant-minute pricing. Wall-clock call duration and billable participant-minutes are different: two participants in a ten-minute call use twenty participant-minutes.

PurpleCallio uses participant-minute billing. Audio, video, and screen sharing are tracked separately. Screen sharing is billed as its own usage category and is not automatically added as a surcharge to video minutes.

How participant-minute billing works
Each connected participant contributes one participant-minute per minute in the applicable media category. Audio, video, and screen sharing are separate usage categories; your dashboard shows usage and invoices for your account.
Estimate participant-minute usage
A participant-minute is one connected participant for one minute. This uses current public rates when available and is an estimate, not an invoice.
